MAILER-DAEMON
69cea49034 Makes qmail-smtpd with AUTH support plus SPF and DKIM.
This is the qmail that we're currently running at antartida.xyz. We
took the notqmail repository and essentially applied patches for AUTH,
SPF and DKIM.

The DKIM patch does not come from the notqmail repository. We took it
from the excellent notes at

  https://www.memoryhole.net/qmail/

We also applied the any-to-cname patch. But we did not take the
oversize-dns patch. Any mistakes here are mine---I had to merge it as
best we could and resolve various conflicts.

This is it. -- MAILER DAEMON :)

(*) Commit message from the notqmail branch

Remove FILES.auth, add new files to FILES.

Realphabetize Makefile targets. Remove trailing whitespace variously.

Remove duplication declaration of auth in qmail-smtpd.c

Modification to Erwin Hoffmann's SMTP authentication for qmail-smtpd,
qmail-remote.

Apply Jana Saout's qmail-spf-rc5.patch

From https://www.saout.de/misc/spf/

This is an SPF implementation for qmail.

SPF is something like a DNS based "reverse MX" system to designate
permitted senders for mails depending on the domain name. The goal
is to disallow sender address forgery.

The patch is entirely written using the qmail string and DNS
functions, and thus completely integrated into qmail without
external dependencies.

It can check incoming mails inside the SMTP daemon, add Received-SPF
lines and optionally block undesired transfers. The check is
performed at the envelope level.

36d7678ec9 Apply Erwin Hoffmann's SMTP authentication for qmail-smtpd, qmail-remote.
From https://www.fehcom.de/qmail/smtpauth.html#PATCHES

Generic SMTP authentication for qmail-smtpd and qmail-remote.
Complies to RFC 3848 and RFC 4409.

 * Provides now CRAM-MD5 authentication for qmail-remote as well.
 * Fine tuning of SMTPAUTH annoncements for qmail-smtpd and
   SUBMISSION support.
 * Sender based authentication according to 'Mail From:' and
   authenticated smarthost relaying for qmail-remote.
 * Fixed bug (0.8.2): qmail-smtpd secretly allows auth even when
   disabled! (tx Chris P.)
 * Fixed AMD64 bug for MD5 (0.8.3) and small others (tx Alan P.)

c4de3cc1ac This patch improves ISO C conformance of qmail code -- specifically,
of qmail-lspawn, qmail-newmrh, qmail-newu, qmail-pop3d, qmail-popup,
qmail-rspawn, and qmail-smtpd. This fixes two known bugs:

  - qmail-smtpd can be crashed by a client sending a sufficiently
long (e.g. 2GB) header line in an email.

  - qmail_lspawn, qmail-newmrh, qmail-newu, and qmail-rspawn might
crash or otherwise misbehave on hosts with a smaller "int" type
     than "char *" type, e.g. 64-bit hosts with 32-bit "int"s.

The other changes are unlikely to have any effect, except possibly on
unusual architectures and/or in the presence of rare optimizations.

This is Version 1 of this patch. It adds the changes to
cdbmake_add.c, spawn.c, and, correspondingly, Makefile, which pertain
to the second bug listed above.
